Service Description
Please text or call me immediately if anything changes or you need to cancel the appointment. Maidu Library opens: - Monday - Wednesday, 9am - 6pm - Friday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm - Sunday, closed Your total fee will include the traveling and service fee(FREE) + signature notarization fee + printing fee (if applicable) + mailing fee (if applicable). Signature notarization fee: $15 per signature (for 5 signatures or fewer) $12 per signature (for more than 5 signatures) $0 for Veterans $20 for credible witness (cannot be the notary role at the same time) $20 for witness for signature by mark (cannot be the notary role at the same time) $20 for witness for signature (cannot be the notary role at the same time) Notary Services(Acts): 1. Acknowledgment 2. Jurat 3. Oath and Affirmation 4. Copy Certification 5. Proofs of Execution by Subscribing Witness
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Please text or call 279-243-8631 to cancel your appointment immediately. No deposit is required; however, everyone’s time is valuable. Please inform me immediately if there are any changes. Also, feel free if you have any questions. Be Ready: Once both parties arrive at the specified location at the scheduled time, if notarization cannot be completed for any reason (e.g. incomplete documents, invalid ID, or an incapable signer), the travel fee will need to be paid. However, no additional fees will be charged.
